Just steps away from historic Wrigley Field, we’re proud to have helped build the Chicago Cubs office tower and lobby. No matter which major league baseball team you root for, this new space is a winner! The six-story mixed-use building and conference center (that is home to the ball club's front office operations) features exposed steel beams, exposed brick, and poured concrete floors—a nod to the 300-plus employees’ former home in the friendly confines. While prized Cubs memorabilia, trophies, and a structurally engineered media wall and ceiling are displayed, museum-style, in the building’s lobby.
